Post 2: The best concert I've ever seen

Today I'm going to talk to you about the best concert I've ever seen in my short life. I've have seen so many shows of chilean artists, for example, Francisca Valenzuela, Los Tres, Los Jaivas, etc. Their shows are really awesome but now I remember the shows of who was my favorite band a couple years ago. Paramore is a young pop-rock band from Tennessee, USA. When I was 14 years old, I knew this band because my cousin loved them. In 2008, they came to Chile for first time and we went to see them. It was in the Estadio Nacional and I didn't really enjoyed it too much because I was too far from them, I barely could see them. But in February 2011, they came again to our country, now in a smaller place, Espacio Riesco, and it was really awesome to me because I was in front of them and I could really enjoy their music and show. I think I was really excited about it because I was madly in love of them. Now, I don't really like the band but I decided to talk about them because the experience was great to me. The next week I will go to see the show of Rihanna and in November I will go to the Pearl Jam's concert with my boyfriend. I think it will be unbelievable, I can't wait!

Post 1: A country I would like to visit.

Hello. I am going to talk to you about one country that I would like to visit. I was thinking and I realize that it is really difficult to me to choose one place and talk about what makes me want to go there because actually, I would like to know many countries. But this time, I'm going to talk to you about Canada. I would like to go to Canada because I think it's a beautiful and cold country in winter. I don't know very much about Canada, but I would love to know Vancouver and Toronto. Also, I love the weather, language, people and why not, I'd love to study or do some post-grade in Psychology. If now I won the kino (because I know it's an expensive country to visit), I would love to walk across the streets, go to the parks, rent a bicycle and enjoy the journey. Maybe when I finish the University, I will go there after making some money. ¡I hope so!

Hello, I'm very glad to be here and now I'm going to introduce myself. My name is Myriam Madrid, I'm 21 years old. I live with my parents, little sister and my two dogs. I'm in third year of Psychology career and also I was two years in the Bachillerato Program (that's because I didn't know how to study when I finished the school). I'm very happy with the career and I really enjoy the idea of study something that is going to help me to support and help other people.

I think that my weakness in English is vocabulary. I don't have many problems at speaking or listening but sometimes I feel as if the words don't appear in my mind. Also, I think that my strength is my pronunciation (I think it isn't a big problem for me). My expectations for this class are basically learn more about the languaje and improve my weakness.
